RapidSeedbox - Lean boxes | Review

I've been using RapidSeedbox for the 2nd month now .. Got it from Member shop and since then  I am using it daily for seeding purpose.

Cons:

Can't download files directly from ruTorrent:

While with most of the Providers you can download a file from rutorrent directly.. You can't do that with Rapid seedbox. They don't allow this.

Slow & Unprofessional Customer Care response:

Thought they have a option to LIVE CHAT in case of any issues but it's not 24/7 .. Most of the time response time is 1/2 hours. Here's a Screenshot of how unprofessional they behave in case you're using a promotional code:

Pros:

• Low cost: Good for seeding only Purpose.. Upload speed is decent to average.
• Unlimited bandwidth: At this price point unlimited bandwidth is another benefit.

Overall: Lean plan is suitable for downloading and seeding torrents. But not for racing or getting the most buffer out of trackers.
